This place is really out to do good first and foremost. I came in they didn't pressure me to buy anything just threw me into a class and said enjoy your first week in us. The training environment was very friendly and be came over and made sure I knew what I was doing multiple times. Really nice facility too.

I was really hesitant to join, I have never been to a gym before. The coaches are so helpful, so no matter your ability, or in my case no ability (kidding not kidding) they will help you be successful and learn the proper techniques. Everyone is supportive with each other and it's a great environment. So even if your a beginner, this place is for you!
